USA Orders are shipped daily using Canada Post Expedited Parcel USA or Tracked Packet USA. Please allow up to 5 to 10 business days for USA parcels to reach their destination.

All Canadian orders over $350.00 are eligible for free shipping.
Canadian and USA shipping is calculated by the size and weight of your order. Once you have entered your shipping address at checkout, shipping prices will be available to view.
Once your order has shipped you will receive an email confirmation and a separate email from Canada Post with your tracking information. Please check your spam and junk folders.
If you live in the Okanagan, or happen to be passing through, we welcome you to shop or pick up your order at our store in Spallumcheen, BC. We are open Monday to Thursday 9:00 am to 4:00 pm and 2:00 pm close on Friday.

CREDIT, EXCHANGE AND REFUND POLICY
No returns/exchanges after 30 days from the date of purchase.
Products returned unopened will be credited at full price minus a 15% re-stocking fee.
Shipping for the return is at the expense of the customer/shipper.
Products that have been opened are not eligible for return except on special approval. If approved the customer will be offered a credit value of the remaining quantity of product minus a 15% re-stocking fee. This only applies to herbal blends and specialized nutrients. There are no returns on homeopathic remedies, oils, ointments and tinctures once they have been opened. **Opened products must contain uncontaminated and untainted ingredients. Shipping for the return of open products is at the expense of the customer/shipper. There are no returns on books.
In most cases customers will be given an exchange or a credit on their account rather than a refund.
All exchanges, credits and/or refunds are at the discretion of Riva’s Remedies management.
