Product Overview
Horse owners typically have a lot of questions about the best worming protocol to use for their horse and whether or not their current programs are working. Do I need to de-worm? What de-wormers should I use? Are my natural de-wormers doing the job? How often should I deworm? Does my horse have encysted parasites?
Encysted parasites can migrate to the liver, kidneys, lungs, arteries, and heart but often don’t show up in the fecal parasite test. In addition, encysted parasites require different treatment programs than intestinal parasites.
Parasites are mostly attracted to those horses who are grass grazing, have nutritional deficiencies, and those horses with a weakened digestive system and immune system, including the intestinal immune system.
And, increasing numbers of horses have parasites that have become resistant to chemical dewormers, or are having reactions to the chemicals themselves so it is important to choose the right program.
When it comes to parasites we most often think worms, but there are hundreds of other different types of parasites that commonly affect horses. In addition, other undiagnosed pathogens such as molds, fungus, bacteria, and viruses are part of a horse’s microbiome that regularly contribute to disease. These organisms can be responsible for a number of different health problems including digestive issues, respiratory problems, poor immunity, allergies, liver and kidney health, and affections of the nervous system.
Using a very sophisticated method of vibrational testing, Elisha is able to detect many different pathogens and then customize a safe and effective health program for any parasites or pathogens. These programs may include chemical dewormers as well as complementary nutrients, and herbal or natural remedies to support overall health levels. She will also identify other factors that are contributing to poor intestinal health such as low immunity, leaky gut, nutritional deficiencies, or anemia.
“My horses continued to have very high worm counts no matter what kind of program I used. After having this assessment done including individual parasite programs they are both now testing with much lower counts.” …K.J. (Vancouver, B.C.)
“Thank you for creating such a comprehensive pathogen workup! I was shocked to read what my horses were carrying from parasites, to viruses, to fungus and bacteria. So very grateful to be given a clear path to help my horses rid themselves of these sometimes very dangerous pathogens.” …Kim R. (B.C.)
