Treatment

Diet & Nutrition:

  • Eliminate all high sugar/starch feed
  • Eliminate alfalfa and all high proteins feeds
  • Eliminate dietary fats and oils

  • Vitamin C – Urinary tract infections, kidney inflammation, helps dissolve stones
  • Potassium – Natural diuretic, increases the elimination of wastes and acids, muscle detoxification, regulates pH levels

Special Notes:

a) Symptoms of tying up and/or muscle stiffness can be caused by high acid levels caused by sluggish kidney function
